- The number of Guests has to be coordinated in advance with the owners
- Reservation is confirmed after the advance payment transfer: 30%
- Free cancellation - 30 days before the booked holiday period. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the booked holiday period or if the Guests do not arrive - the advance payment is not refundable
- Arrival time from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Departure time until 11:00am
- Silent time from 10:00pm to 07:00am
- The shortest booking time is 5 days
- Discounts may be applied for longer term rentals
- Noisy parties and loud music are undesirable; after all, we arrive to take a break!
- People not residing in the Guest house are not allowed in the Guest house territory
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments and Guest house
- We do not accept pets.
- Barbeque + swaddling (need to be compatible in advance), only charcoal is allowed to be used in BBQ.
- Extra bedding 3 Eur/ day.
