Important information
- The number of Guests has to be coordinated in advance with the owners.
- Reservation is confirmed after the advance payment transfer: 30%.
- Free cancellation - 30 days before the booked holiday period. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the booked holiday period or if the Guests do not arrive - the advance payment is not refundable.
- Arrival time from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
- Departure time until 11:00am.
- Silent time from 10:00pm to 07:00am.
- The shortest booking time is 4 days in high season, shortest stays possible with separate arrangements.
- Discounts may be applied for longer term rentals.
- Noisy parties and loud music are undesirable; after all, we arrive to take a break!
- We do not allow pets.
- People not residing in the Guest house are not allowed in the Guest house territory.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments and Guest house.
- Barbeque + grille (need to be compatible in advance), only charcoal is allowed to be used in BBQ.
- Extra bedding 3 Eur/ day.
